These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, usage, access, and participation in any services, programs, products, assessments, or content provided by Men’s Life Mastery™ (“MLM,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using any Men’s Life Mastery™ service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Men’s Life Mastery™ offers:

One-on-one coaching
Group coaching
Digital products (PDFs, courses, guides, assessments)
SMV (Sexual Market Value) tests & reports
Relationship, dating, life mastery assessments
Workshops, classes, and live events
Community and membership access

MLM reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

18 years or older, and
Legally able to enter a binding contract

By using our services, you confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. No Professional Advice

Men’s Life Mastery™ is not:

Therapy
Psychiatry
Medical advice
Legal advice
Financial advising

Coaching is educational and developmental, not clinical.

All decisions made by clients are their own responsibility.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality for:

Coaching sessions
Assessments
Client records
Personal information

Exceptions include:

Risk of harm to self or others
Abuse, legal mandates, or criminal disclosures
Court-ordered requests

Group coaching and community spaces also require participants to maintain confidentiality.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before accessing services.

You agree that:

Payments are final
Chargebacks for already-delivered services or digital products constitute a contract violation
MLM may terminate access if payments are late or incomplete

Payment plans must be completed as agreed.

6. Refund Policy

By purchasing from MLM, you agree to the following:

Non-Refundable Items

Digital products
SMV assessments & reports
Online courses
Program enrollments
Memberships & communities
Live events and workshops
1:1 coaching sessions

Session Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to reschedule sessions.
No-shows and late cancellations are forfeited.

7. Cancellations & Termination

MLM reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any client for:

Abusive behavior
Violations of community guidelines
Harassment or disrespect
Breach of confidentiality
Failure to follow payment terms

Clients removed for misconduct will not receive refunds.

8. Results Disclaimer

Men’s Life Mastery™ does not guarantee:

Dating outcomes
Relationship results
Financial improvement
Emotional or psychological transformation
SMV increases

Results vary and depend on the client's own effort, decisions, and commitment.

9. Intellectual Property

All MLM content is copyrighted, including:

PDFs
Courses
Assessments & SMV tests
Reports
Written material
Videos
Branding
Websites
Coaching frameworks

You may not:

Copy
Share
Resell
Reproduce
Publish
Distribute

…any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass or threaten staff or other clients
Share confidential information
Use MLM content for your own business without permission
Misrepresent yourself
Damage our website, platform, or community
Attempt to reverse-engineer our tests, scoring systems, or software
Engage in inappropriate behavior during sessions or group calls

Violation may result in immediate removal.

11. Community & Membership Rules

If your program includes group spaces (Discord, group calls, online communities):

You must:

Respect all members
Maintain confidentiality
Follow posted community guidelines
Avoid combative, hostile, or disruptive behavior

MLM may remove any member at any time for community violations.

12. SMV Tests & Assessments

By taking an SMV or relationship assessment, you understand:

Results are informational, not diagnostic
Scores are estimates based on your responses
Reports do not guarantee dating outcomes
You consent to the scoring and interpretation of answers

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or republish the SMV system.

13. Website Usage

By using our site, you agree:

Not to misuse, hack, or overload the website
Not to copy our content without permission
To comply with all local laws and regulations

We may restrict access for any misuse.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Men’s Life Mastery™ is not liable for any emotional, physical, financial, or relational outcomes resulting from coaching or assessments.
You agree to hold MLM harmless from all claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

This aligns with the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk in the Coaching Services Agreement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Men’s Life Mastery™ from:

Claims
Losses
Damages
Legal fees

…arising from your actions, decisions, behavior, or misuse of our services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

The State of California, USA

Any disputes must be resolved in California courts.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
