Refund Policy

At Men’s Life Mastery™, we put a lot of time, energy, and expertise into our coaching, assessments, tools, and digital programs.
Because of the nature of this work, we use a no-refund policy on most products and services.

Please read this page carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

 

This includes:

  • SMV tests & reports

  • Digital workbooks, PDFs, and toolkits

  • E-books and digital guides

  • Pre-recorded video/audio courses

🧾 All digital products are non-refundable.

Once you receive access (download link, login, or email delivery), the sale is final.
This protects the integrity of our intellectual property and keeps pricing fair for everyone.

2. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

 

This includes single sessions and session packs.

  • Sessions are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Coaching is a collaborative process. We do not and cannot guarantee specific results.
You are always responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

3. Programs, Packages & Coaching Containers

 

This includes:

  • Multi-week or multi-month coaching programs

  • SMV or Life Mastery coaching packages

  • Group programs and masterminds

  • Memberships and community access

💼 All programs and packages are non-refundable.

Once you enroll and gain access to materials, calls, or the community:

  • Your payment is final, regardless of your level of participation.

  • If you choose to stop attending, this does not create eligibility for a refund.

We reserve the right to remove any participant for:

  • Harassment, abusive or disruptive behavior

  • Violations of confidentiality or community rules

  • Any behavior that threatens the safety or experience of other members

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

4. Group Coaching, Community & Membership Areas

 

For any group coaching calls, Discord/online communities, or membership spaces:

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If you violate community guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, growth-focused environment for all members.

5. Live Events, Workshops & In-Person Experiences

 

This includes:

  • Live workshops

  • Seminars

  • In-person events or retreats

🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person (when possible) by contacting us at least 7 days before the event.

  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

 

By purchasing from Men’s Life Mastery™, you agree to:

  • Contact us first if you have any questions or concerns about charges.

  • Not initiate a chargeback for services and digital products you have already received.

We provide clear descriptions of all offers and will supply documentation of services rendered if a dispute is opened.

7. Case-by-Case Credits (Not Guaranteed)

 

We understand life happens.

While we do not offer refunds, in rare situations we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Offer a credit toward a future program

  • Allow a one-time transfer into another service

This is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
